A winter wedding calls for cozy signature drinks! My personal favorite (and super easy to make) is the Nuts & Berries Cocktail. Although this cocktail is iced, it still makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside. It is a heavier drink so I would recommend offering this during the ceremony and/or during dessert time! It can be made in bulk batches which makes serving your guests quicker. You can even play around with garnishes for that added aesthetic ;)

Frangelico (hazelnut liquor)
Chambord (raspberry liquor)
Half & Half
Maraschino Cherries for garnish
In an iced rocks glass pour equal parts Frangelico & Chambord into 1/2 of the glass. Finish off with half & half. Give it a good whirl and add your cherry.
For Your Wedding Bulk Recipe - makes 1 gallon or 20-25 rocks glass servings
30 oz Frangelico
30 oz Chambord
1.5 quarts half & half
Maraschino cherries for garnish
Mix Frangelico & Chambord. Mix well. Add half & half. Mix well again. You can do all of the mixing in a 1 gallon beverage dispenser. But be sure it has an ice core (we do not want this cocktail to water down) Bartenders can add ice to a glass and simply pour from the dispenser to keep that bar line moving!
You can fancy this cocktail up by rimming with cocoa powder. You can garnish with a cherry or berries. Additionally, this cocktail contains DAIRY, so if you’re making a cocktail bar sign, I would recommend adding “contains dairy” as a precaution for those who have an intolerance. Do not substitute milk for the half & half. You need the heaviness of the half & half to really make this drink right.
