Wedding Day

• Wedding day management  (8 hours)

• Vendor point-of-contact for setup, deliveries, and breakdown

• Set-up of décor items (guestbook, signage, favors, centerpieces, memory table, etc.)

• Line up processional for ceremony

• Overseeing ceremony flow, bridal party lineup, and cueing vendors

• Ceremony clean up & repurpose decor to reception

• Ensure smooth execution of all pre-planned details (if within 8 hours)

• On-site problem-solving and timeline adjustments as needed

• Emergency kit access for last-minute issues

• Assistance with formalities (toasts, first dances, cake cutting)

• Handling any unexpected issues or emergencies discreetly
