WHAT EXACTLY WILL MY VIRTUAL WEDDING COORDINATOR DO FOR ME?

From date of hire, we will work with you to conceptualize your dream wedding. Need color palate ideas? Seasonal flower suggestions? What about centerpiece ideas? How about signature drink advice? Decor ideas? Provide ways you can save some money? We got you! We'll provide you with a budgeting calculation, assist with menu selections, be your communication liaison between you and vendors, keep you on track with wedding planning, provide an estimate with the amount of alcohol to buy, and provide professional and creative advice and recommendations along the way. We will provide all of our clients access to our comprehensive printable wedding planning forms such as: step-by-step wedding planning checklist, venue inspection form, catering form, photographer must-shoot list, etc. 

Our actual coordination work will begin two months prior to your wedding. This is when we stitch everything together and make sure no detail is overlooked or missed. We'll create and provide timelines for vendors, a personal timeline for the brides and/or grooms, provide necessary timelines for your 'day of' task team, look over the floorplan with guest flow analysis, be your communication liaison between you and all the vendors, confirm with vendors multiple times, assign tasks for your 'day of' team, double check seating arrangements and guests' meal selections, and provide a day of vendor contact sheet.
